Stop the TIME

After spending 17 days in foreign lands with limited internet access, I am finally back in SINGAPORE! Ok. Maybe that sounded a little too happy. I am back in the land of reality, Singapore.
Just 2 hours upon stepping into Singapore, I was slapped by all the news around me. So, my 2 closest friends found jobs and have already started work. So what now cow? A social stigma overwhelmed me. The need to obtain a job and not be left behind on the shelf labeled as unemployment.
Friends are giving their advice "Don't worry, you'll find a job soon too!".
Parents are nagging "Stop lazing around at home".
Can I not look for a job? No.
Can I continue to escape? No, no money.
Is there a choice to not conform to this? No.
The past 17 days was super duper awesome but now, I have to be dragged down to the living hell of reality. I'm caught in transition between the denial and acceptance. Its those moments that you see on Disney cartoons; the one with the Angel and Devil. One says to settle down and get a job. The other says continue to travel and enjoy life. But in this case, the Angel gives me Hell while the Devil gives me Heaven.
But ok, ć
èŠćç. Angel, you first. If I manage to get a job, I'll have the money to escape again!
So without much choice, my action plan within next 5 years:
1) Get a job which I like (I have decided to be fussy and not be open to options)
2) Save money
3) Get a good camera
4) Build up my physical endurance
5) Travel to Nepal, Tibet and maybe across China
PS: I'll blog about my trip once I get all the photos from my friends! My own collection just isn't complete to blog with. =)
